Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation and sales efforts across all Converge360 brands. This role is instrumental in identifying and qualifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth by supporting diverse campaigns and client solutions.
The salary for this position (based on experience) is in the $50,000-$55,000 range with an added commission potential of $20,000.

What You'll Do:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Drive revenue with aggressive sales prospecting efforts that penetrate new accounts and increase existing marketing presence
- Client Consultation: Engage with potential customers to understand their goals and clearly communicate the value of Converge360’s customized marketing and advertising solutions
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring continued engagement and support for their needs
- Sales Strategy: Experiment with and implement creative outreach strategies to improve lead generation efforts and adapt approaches based on results
- CRM Management: Use the CRM system to track and maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, customer interactions, and sales progress, ensuring efforts are organized and measurable
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report on progress, and recommend adjustments to maximize effectiveness
- Product Knowledge: Accelerate growing advertising business through knowledge of Converge360 products, deliverables & metrics
What We Are Looking For:
- College degree preferred
- 1 year experience in inside sales and be able to show consistent sales results in previous positions a plus
- Track record of creativity in sales approaches & solutions a plus
- Track record of successfully meeting & exceeding sales goals a plus
- Excellent client communication skills as well as strong customer service & organizational skills
- The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, team oriented, customer centric & sales driven
- Required proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new applications quickly (such as CRM software)
- Understanding of how to research potential customers and use online analytics from a sales perspective
- Minimal non-local travel a few times a year may be required
